
What is a Champagne Truffle?
The original was created by Dolf Teuscher, Sr. over 80 years ago. Our champagne truffles have a Champagne cream center, surrounded by a dark chocolate ganache, covered with a milk chocolate shell and dusted with confectioner’s sugar.

- White chocolate cream ganache with sweet late harvest Sauterne from Southern France coated in dark chocolate.

- Milk chocolate cream ganache with freshly squeezed orange juice, coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate powder.

- Dark chocolate ganache with lemon oil and Limoncello, a special lemon liquor from the Amalfi region of Italy.
